Today's edition of Living World was from Sculthorpe Moor - where Huw (icatcher) has three cameras.

"Lionel Kelleway gets very close to the marsh harrier, an icon of the East Anglia marshland".

You can listen here, though I don't know if this is just for today: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00kh4dm

Well done Huw - and thanks for showing us. I'm looking forward to seeing more on Springwatch this evening. Smile

Alert!

As usual we're recording Springwatch, then we can watch it later - but I've just noticed this in the current Radio Times:

Press red directly after the show for 15 minutes of extra features, including a Q&A section, webcam footage and behind-the-scene clips.

Tonight and tomrrow on Springwatch.

Hi there

There should be some really nice harrier action on the show either today or tomrrow. Also Chris Packham came down the other day to look at the new Tawny Owls that have been "adopted" by the reserve so that should make a good story.

All the MH chicks were ringed yesterday, all 5 of them have made it, icluding the small one.

We have some astounding images captured this year, when I get some time I will post some of the more interesting ones.

Kind regards

Huw

It a bit late, but heres a new camera that will be going live shortly.

Its an Otter Holt, but its going to be home to a rescued otter who is being introduced to the holt tonight !

I will post an image with the otter in it as soon as we get one.

Looks like tonight they are going to show the raw icatcher footage of the owl fight I posted last month !!

These images were first shown on the BBF, be sure to watch it.

This will be great for icatcher, I didnt know about this they just had an email with the video.
