Hi Kathy
Totally agree with everyone's comments. Love all the photos and the write ups. Such a great idea.....would be such a shame not to keep it up but I do understand it is a lot of work. Applause Applause Flowers Flowers very much appreciated.

Hi All
Please find below response from the BTO regarding our donation of half of the proceeds from the calendar sale. Unfortunately they have sent this by email again rather than a letter! However, this is just to let you know it was sent. I await reply from RSPB! Very Happy

Dear Kathleen

Thank you very much indeed for the donation of £52 from members of

biggonline.co.uk which arrived safely at The Nunnery today. What a

great idea! We hugely appreciate the efforts of the members of the

online bird forum and hope that you all enjoyed putting together the

2019 calendar. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone

involved.

This kind donation will help us to continue to carry out our impartial

research and gather the evidence from volunteers that affords us a

knowledgeable voice in nature conservation. For over 80 years we've

been at the forefront of identifying key issues in UK bird

conservation, such as the widespread decline in farmland bird species

in the 1980s which led to the setting up of Agri-Environment Schemes.

Monitoring bird populations and researching the underlying causes can

provide real-world solutions which protect birds and their

environments for future generations.

With very best wishes,

Samantha

On behalf of the Fundraising Team

Hi all
Please find attached response from RSPB regarding the donation sent. Having to reduce it to fit forum requirements may make it not readable, plus I cannot get it to sit upright in this space, but I'm sure you will get the gist of it.
It's really to let members know the money reached the organisation and I didn't run off with it in my pocket along with my window cleaner!!! Roll on the floor laughing .

Like the BTO it thanks us all very much for the £52.00 sent and details what the RSPB have achieved recently with regard to conservation since our last donation.

So that's it for this year -enjoy what's left of the season. Very Happy

Kathy x
