I put on my dressing gown sunday morning and felt, what I thought was a wasp stinging my back. It was one of these http://www.uksafari.com/lacewebbed.htm
I have two puncture marks, one of which is swollen and itchy. I've never liked that type much, even less now. Sad

I just returned from Finnish arachnologists' gathering, where one of us had to return home in the middle of the meeting when he got mysterious swellings on foot & waist. He did not know what bite him - bedbug, flea and adder were suggested.

I have tried several large Finnish spiders, and noticed that their poison is not painful like a wasp, but paralyzing. Last week I was doing fieldwork on a bog, got three times those nasty wasp stings, and developed a theory, that after wasp sting you should have a large spider's bite - to ease the pain Mr. Green
